Beretta Apx Msrp - Striker fired pistols are becoming a staple for the military and law enforcement sectors worldwide. Using a removable, serial chassis frame, the APX is easily modified with a replaceable grip frame housing and is easy to disassemble and maintain.
The lightweight frame housing is made of fiberglass reinforced technopolymer. The APX's ultra-low profile and snag free design make it easy to carry and draw from a holster. Ease of use is the main driver in APX development. There is a slide catch lever on both sides of the frame. The operating/locking system is based on a tilt-barrel, locked breech. APX pistols have a unique feature that allows the user to disable the internal striker mechanism prior to disassembly. This means the pistol can be taken out of the field without pulling the trigger. A trigger safety prevents the trigger from being pulled back by inertia should the pistol be dropped. When the trigger is pulled intentionally, the trigger safety is immediately disabled.

Frame safety, magazine safety and load chamber indicator are available upon request. To accommodate right- or left-handed use, the APX magazine release button can be easily reversed. The high-definition 3-dot sight system is designed for quick target acquisition. A new sight system patented by allows the user to adjust the front and rear sights. Scenes can be removed to replace them with other types of scenes. Thanks to the new patented modular system, the pistol adapts to different hand sizes with interchangeable rear straps of different thicknesses and configurations for individual performance. The pistol features a standard Picatinny rail (MIL STD 1913) under the barrel.
