Willie McGinest, a three-time Super Bowl champion and current NFL Network analyst, was arrested Monday in a robbery at a West Hollywood nightclub, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said. County.

McGinest was reportedly taken into custody at 7 a.m. local time, 30 minutes after his arrest. He was released two hours later on $30,000 bond.
The fourth pick in the 1994 NFL Draft, McGinest earned two Pro Bowl selections. Since retiring after the 2008 season, he has worked as an analyst for ESPN, Fox Sports and the NFL Network.

NFL free agent Adrian Peterson was arrested Sunday after a violent incident with his wife, Ashley Peterson, at Los Angeles International Airport.
A representative for the Petersons told NBC News on Monday that the incident was a "personal dispute" and that the couple was disputing Ashley Peterson's engagement ring.
Los Angeles Airport Police said the office received a call about a violent incident on a flight from LAX to Houston around 8:30 a.m. local time (11:30 a.m. ET).

An agent for the wedding said Ashley Peterson got a rash on her finger and the couple had a "oral encounter" on the flight.
"This is a personal misunderstanding between husband and wife, and we hope that all of this will be resolved as soon as possible," said a spokesperson for the Petersons.

Peterson was booked into the Pacific Division of the Los Angeles Police Department. He was released later Sunday afternoon after posting a $50,000 bond, according to jail records.
Ashley Peterson, the couple's spokeswoman, said they would not press charges and said they did not expect an incident.
Peterson, 36, is a longtime player in the league, most recently with the Seattle Seahawks in 2021.
In 2014, Peterson pleaded no contest to misdemeanor assault and battery in an incident involving his son. As a result of that charge, he was placed on probation, fined and ordered to perform community service, and was suspended for the remainder of the 2014 season, according to the NFL.
